QUICK GUIDE TO DRAFTING CLOSE-FITTING PATTERNS

48. After having learned how to draft tight-fitting linings, or close-fitting patterns, according to the instructions laid down in this Section, the following information will serve as a ready reference, as it gives the location of each point used in the drafting of such patterns. This information relating to the points may be memorized if desired, but no attempt should be made to use it until the various positions of the square used in drafting the patterns, as well as the order of procedure, is firmly fixed in the mind.   When the general form of the draft is thoroughly understood, this information will be of value; if, though, the drafting has not been mastered it will tend to confuse rather than assist.
